Land to the North of Uttoxeter Road, Blythe Bridge (near Catchems corner)

This land was recently purchased from the CO-OP by a development consortium based in Warrington.
Initial proposals were for light industrial development to begin in 2030, however since the change in government the plans have allegedly now changed to HOUSING.
If BL-3 located just to the north of this site gets approval and is developed, these combined developments will result in a huge loss of Green Belt buffer between Staffs Moorland and Stoke-on-Trent authority.
A major one to watch, further updates will follow.
